Another chance for Lunch Hour Yoga this week...Wednesday Oct. 21st

Since the wind on the coast is keeping me out of the field, I thought we could try again for yoga this week. If anyone wants to practice tomorrow, Wednesday, come outside at noon!

Lunch Hour Yoga - Monday Oct. 19th

Lunch Hour Yoga will be on Monday next week, 12-12:50. In addition, Monday night I will be teaching at the Ayurveda Health Retreat from 6 to 7. Your first class there is free, and there are classes every morning from 8 to 9 and Monday to Thursday for 6 to 7 pm!

Lunch Hour Yoga will be on Thursday this week, 12 noon - 12:50 outside Dickinson Hall.

Also, a reminder, the public library downtown (main branch of the Alachua County Public Library system) has free yoga classes on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 that are wonderful!
