Lunch Hour Yoga ~ Break for July

Hi Everyone,

I'm very sorry, but I'm going to have to take July off from teaching lunch hour yoga. I just have too much field work, a workshop and a conference. I'll look forward to teaching again in August and hope to see you then.

Lunch Hour Yoga TODAY!!!

So sorry for the short notice. I'm not going to be able to schedule very far in advance during the summer. Lunch Hour Yoga will be from noon to 12:50 today. Barbara was kind enough to reserve the conference room for us since it is so hot outside.

I will be teaching tonight at the Ayurveda Health Retreat from 6 to 7pm.

The weather forecast is looking the same all week - 50% chance of precipitation. Let's tentatively plan to have yoga on Thursday from 12 noon to 12:50, and if we get rained out we'll try again on Friday.
