Lunch Hour Yoga - Friday Nov. 6th

We will have lunch hour yoga on Friday this week. I am sorry for missing last week. I was in the field all week but still should have posted on here.

Another chance for Lunch Hour Yoga this week...Wednesday Oct. 21st

Since the wind on the coast is keeping me out of the field, I thought we could try again for yoga this week. If anyone wants to practice tomorrow, Wednesday, come outside at noon!

Lunch Hour Yoga will be on Monday next week, 12-12:50. In addition, Monday night I will be teaching at the Ayurveda Health Retreat from 6 to 7. Your first class there is free, and there are classes every morning from 8 to 9 and Monday to Thursday for 6 to 7 pm!
