If it is not raining and anyone wants to practice, I will be prepared to teach on Friday. The weather isn't really looking any better, but the offer is there.
If you would like to get your yoga fix INDOORS this week, there is a great class at the public library downtown on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30. The style is Amrit yoga - it focuses a lot on proper alignment as well as flexibility and relaxation. If you have taken lunch hour yoga, you have done many of the postures that are taught in the Amrit class. The teacher is wonderful and has a very soothing voice. Oh, and the class is also FREE!
