Class will be 12:00 to 12:50. I am hoping that from now on everyone can try to bring a yoga strap, luggage strap, belt, old tie, or something else you can think of that's a similar shape. We can use it as a prop to get a little bit deeper into some shoulder work.
Also, I keep forgetting to announce this in class, but on Thursdays there is a free yoga class at the Public Library downtown from 5:30 to 6:30.
